l2tpns software package provides layer 2 tunnelling protocol network server (LNS), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install l2tpns
l2tpns is installed in your system.
Make ensure the l2tpns package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep l2tpns *
You will get with l2tpns package name, version, architecture and description in a table
